Panel 2 of Adams' chart, retold for the whole family
- 42 illustrated pages + cover
- 1 subject per page
- PDF · 24.3 MB
- King James quotations
Follow the family of Genesis 5 together: Seth, Enos, Cainan, Mahalaleel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech and Noah. The book works out their years and shows how their lives overlap, then turns to the pictures and notices on Adams' panel: stone tools, needles and combs, a brick with writing, the Apamean medal, the Rosetta Stone, the stone of Mesha and the alphabets, with the writers Josephus, Herodotus, Pliny, Tacitus and Gibbon. Painted scenes, family trees and activities accompany short passages to read aloud.
The download contains 42 illustrated pages plus the cover (43 PDF pages), with King James quotations and a source supplement attached to the PDF. Illustrations are artistic interpretations; page 36 contains imagined portraits.
Digital PDF. Read it on a tablet, a computer or a phone, or print it at home. No printed book or chart is shipped. Looking for the detailed study of this panel, with Adams' own words and the panel to print? See the Study Edition of panel 2.
